ACM UTSA

I've been involved in many student organizations, ACM UTSA being the most notable. I started as an Junior-Officer for the sub-organization ACM-W, became President of ACM-W, and now am currently serving as the President of ACM UTSA. ACM UTSA serves as an academic, professional and social network for students interested in technology. Through hosting various social, networking, and tech oriented events, I helped foster an environment for discussion, interest, and learning outside of the classroom to give UTSA students the skills needed for their professional careers.

ACM OSS

I've been part of many software development projects and teams before but the most significant to my growth as a developer has got to be ACM OSS. The ACM OSS, AKA the ACM Projects Team, works on Open Source Software with the most modern technologies such as React, Next.js, and many others. We have a multitude of open source projects that we maintain such as HackKit, ClubKit, ACM's Website, O, and Critiq. Projects such as HackKit support all of ACM's hackathons and large events, not just at UT San Antonio but it's even made it's way all the way at UT Dallas's WEHacks Hackathon and ASU's SunHacks!
